Reiki is harnessing the energy of the Universe to heal your body, your spirit, your energy and can promote stress reduction. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
 
Receiving regular Reiki treatments can open up paths to manifestation and healing in many areas of your life. Having energy blocks can create life blocks if we don't keep our chakras clear for Universal energy to come in. 
 
A Reiki treatment with Amy takes about an hour in total relaxation (but also offers a half hour session). She does these treatments remotely, over distance, which she is attuned for. You both work a time where you are relaxed, laying down, and Amy will perform the Reiki treatment and balancing of the chakras. She is able to  feel what chakras are out of alignment and get to work on the healing. Some people see trippy colors! Some people fall asleep and wake up totally relaxed. With her natural-born healing gifts and the Reiki technique, Amy will remove negative stress and energy from your body and pump in all the good energy from the Universe. This allows the body to begin healing itself. Please send a photo of yourself prior to the session.
